• Founded a company where 90%+ of operations were automated with an AI specialist platform, enabling organizations to keep sensitive data on-premise, fine-tune models on proprietary data, and build end-to-end AI automation workflows. • Built production-grade AI automations requiring multi-agent orchestration, Unsloth-based efficient fine-tuning, and business-ready AI solutions.

A project focused on developing an Order Management System (OMS) for LATAM orders. The solution addressed several key challenges, including ultra-low latency (ULL) requirements for the trading platform, support for trading algorithm workflows, creation of traceable logs for regulatory compliance, and implementation of failover mechanisms to ensure system reliability and meet or exceed 99.99% availability requirements.

• Assisted four junior team members with development and onboarding. • Implemented the APEX algorithm for the LATAM trading platform. • Set up the Mexico electronic trading system, including technical development, deployment, and regulatory compliance. • Created a full observability stack for system monitoring and maintenance using Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.

A project focused on designing and building a high-performance morning-check and monitoring platform for trading-floor infrastructure. The system validates critical components end-to-end — from basic ping checks to OS-level connectivity for physical endpoints (trader PCs, phones, and turrets), as well as B3 (exchange) relay health, network links, VPN connectivity, and service availability. Delivered as a full web solution with a Python backend and a modern frontend, including automated alerting to accelerate incident detection and response.

• Implemented an automated morning-check workflow reducing manual verification and standardizing daily operational readiness. • Built layered health checks (ICMP, port/service, and device/OS communication) to detect failures with higher accuracy. • Integrated monitoring for B3 relays, VPNs, and key connectivity paths to protect trading-floor availability and performance. • Developed a web dashboard for real-time visibility and fast triage across heterogeneous physical devices. • Created an autonomous alerting and messaging system for failures, enabling faster response and clearer incident ownership.

A project focused on the end-to-end setup of a new office in Rio de Janeiro, covering both technical design and on-site implementation. The work included defining the full network architecture, setting up an on-premises virtualization environment, and establishing the telecommunications infrastructure.
