A suite of three HIPAA-compliant web applications used by patients and back-office staff, covering patient journeys and forms, admin workflows and role-based access. I own QA end to end: test strategy, the Playwright/TypeScript automation framework, CI quality gates and release sign-off.

• Architected UI and e2e automation from scratch with 100+ tests across 3 HIPAA-compliant healthcare apps.
• Covered patient and admin journeys, role-based access and forms using POM, base fixtures, shared utilities and reusable login state.
• Managed Azure DevOps CI pipelines with pull-request validation and parallel execution.
• Configured retries and published test runs, Playwright traces, screenshots and videos for stakeholders through Azure extensions.
• Led 2 QA engineers and worked with the Program Architect and back-office stakeholders on sprint priorities, test strategy, regression planning, release risk and QA sign-off.
• Developed version-controlled Claude agents and reusable skills adopted by the team using existing MCP integrations for Azure DevOps tool orchestration, PBIs and test cases.
