• Created the new Operations portal that manages users, organisations, roles, merchants, and logs.
• Upgraded and optimized the existing AR portal that deals with invoices, suppliers, API users, etc.
• Created and maintained an npm package-based React Component library used across multiple teams.
• Improved code type safety with generated TypeScript hooks from Rails controller actions.
• Created and maintained unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases using tools such as RSpecs, Cucumber, Cypress, and Vitest.
• Managed GitHub actions to run code quality checks, e2e Cypress tests, and build quality.
• Maintained the component package repo with release and version management.

• Built the new unified sign-up process using React and Scala, which simplified infrastructure provisioning, account creation, and default workspace allotment.
• Worked on upgrading the workspace management studio.

• Co-created a dashboard that powers users to train, test, and publish their ML solutions to be used in their various capabilities, such as search and virtual agents (chatbots).
• Delivered the application, including all features and integrations, using a React and Apollo GraphQL-based web app that uses cutting-edge features that were built in-house to integrate with the ServiceNow platform and use its capabilities.
• Integrated the application with the platform and back end, using advanced tools like Apollo Client and GraphQL resolvers, and worked on enhancing the user and developer experience.

Sony PlayStation wanted to create its own user-friendly portal to be used by 80 million gamers who can directly purchase their products. It was a multimillion-dollar project.

• Developed the entire application, an eCommerce solution built with modern, future-proof technologies.
• Delivered the front-end web app and developed all the features using a solid React-based technical stack, including tools like Redux, Webpack, and React Router.
• Integrated the application seamlessly with various back-end tools, including Cybersource payment gateway and Hybris order management tools.
• Worked with a team of around 10 people to collaborate on various Agile processes.
