• Built a Python LangChain RAG application that ingests ESG disclosure documents (several hundred pages per company), extracts structured metrics, and maps them to reporting frameworks (ESRS as the flagship) with page-level citations.
• Moved the client's analysts from authoring reports to validating them: a full draft costs roughly $50 in model calls and a few hours of expert review, and every figure traces back to the page it came from.
• Measured extraction quality in the mid-90s against an expert-built gold set, with LLM-as-a-judge faithfulness scoring and a regression gate re-run on every change to chunking, retrieval, or prompts; instrumented with Langfuse.
• Ran the AI engine as an isolated Python service integrated with a Laravel SaaS over a two-way queue/job contract, so the service processed documents and synced typed results (JSON) back into the app.
• Built the Laravel SaaS and an ESG KPI dashboard to display reports, their interrelationships, and role-based access. Built from nothing in six months, shipped to production, and still in use.
