A large-scale alumni platform featuring event management, group management, a benefits marketplace, a job board, chat, a social feed, a mentoring program, e-commerce, privacy controls, and mail management, rebuilt from a legacy system with no existing documentation.

• Reverse-engineered product requirements for a legacy platform with zero existing documentation by running discovery meetings and hands-on testing, then owned end-to-end design. Research, wireframes, Figma prototypes, user testing, and dev-facing documentation, independently per module.
• Acted as the primary bridge between Project Owner, Project Manager, and the development team, translating business requirements into build-ready specs across all modules.
• Took on task assignment and light project management for the dev team alongside design ownership.
• Implemented designs hands-on as front-end developer (HTML, SCSS, Bootstrap, Vue.js, PrimeVue, Tailwind), closing the gap between spec and shipped UI and maintaining near-daily collaboration with engineering.
• Created and corrected branding assets, including logo design and fixes to existing client logos.

A social platform for moviegoers to find people with shared interests, coordinate on watching movies together, and start discussions around them.

• Owned end-to-end design for a movie-focused social discovery platform, progressing from contributing designer to sole Head of Design as the team scaled down, taking on full ownership of product design direction under constrained resources.
• Built and maintained a growing library of pixel-perfect Figma mockups, prioritizing a functional MVP first and progressively implementing polished UI in parallel with active development.
• Led design consistency across the platform as design lead.
• Collaborated directly with development using technical background to keep designs implementation-ready, reducing back-and-forth in handoff.
• Redesigned onboarding flow drove roughly a 10x increase in completed account creations compared to the previous flow.

A messaging application for hospital environments, designed to give clinical staff a reliable, task-focused communication channel within a healthcare organization.

• Designed wireframes through high-fidelity mockups for a hospital messaging tool, translating clinical communication workflows into a focused, low-friction UI.
• Conducted moderated user testing (recorded sessions with task-based questionnaires) to validate flows before build.
• Implemented approved mockups in HTML/SCSS/Yii2, working directly against dev handoff.
• Managed the design team on this project.

A Facebook-style social environment for the healthcare industry, built so users could activate and configure premade modular apps (social networking, home automation, an internal newspaper/feed, chat, gamification, and e-commerce) within a single platform.

• Designed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups (Photoshop, Illustrator) for a modular social platform spanning six distinct app types, establishing a shared visual and interaction system so unrelated modules (chat, gamification, e-commerce) felt like one product.
• Created the platform's visual identity, logos, badges, and branding assets, used consistently across all modules.
