The client required a Production Tracking Tool for prefab shops. Designed for shop leads and operators, it aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve communication among team members, and facilitate better planning and execution of prefab projects.
- Led the end-to-end (E2E) process;
- Established the design system used to build this module and its features;
- Coordinated with developers and the CEO to ensure alignment on our goals and define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP);
- Defined project timelines and kept key stakeholders informed about expectations and estimated time of arrival (ETA);
- After the release, Oliver used Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
Highlight of the Project:
- The tool included QR code-based assignments and check-ins, and multiple methods for assigning tasks to individuals. These features established a foundation for capacity planning, allowing businesses to assess when they could take on new projects.
