• Led a pod of 2 iOS engineers, driving technical decisions, feature development, code reviews and code quality.
• Owned the development of loyalty and cashback features, from technical design through implementation and release.
• Designed and implemented an interactive scratch-card gamification feature, allowing users to reveal and win rewards through custom animations.
• Led the migration from a shared application supporting two products to separate applications, restructuring application logic and the sign-up flow.
• Collaborated with backend, product, and design teams to deliver new features and improve the user experience.

An app designed for a global telecom company operating on the mobile virtual network operator business model, offering services in numerous countries. Enables users to create accounts, oversee information, and purchase various plans and options for their accounts.

• Designed and implemented custom UI elements and engaging animations, enhancing the visual appeal and user experience of the app;
• Employed efficient techniques to optimize application performance, resulting in faster response times and improved user satisfaction;
• Conducted thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs, ensuring a smooth and error-free user experience;
