It's an interactive platform designed for fan engagement and game-day activation, catering to sports organizations, entertainment venues, and live event producers. The portal enables production teams to create real-time experiences, including games, polls, and sponsor activations, while fans engage through a mobile-friendly web app. This enhances interaction, boosts sponsor visibility, and offers analytics to help teams understand audience behavior and improve future events.

• Led a team of 5–8 developers and 3 QA engineers;
• Defined the technical direction for Fannex V2, including migrating the platform from .NET 4.5 to .NET Core;
• Designed and implemented both the frontend and backend architectures;
• Built the platform’s cloud infrastructure on AWS;
• Developed several third-party integrations, including Stripe, Fortress, and Google BigQuery.

Paulo worked as a contractor for a U.S.-based logistics company that specializes in third-party logistics systems for carriers nationwide. The project involved migrating their legacy .NET 4.7 monolithic application to a modern microservices architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure. This transition aimed to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentored junior and intermediate developers and contributed to key technical decisions for the platform’s development;
• Migrated modules of a legacy .NET 4.7 application to a modern microservices architecture on Azure, using .NET 6 and MSSQL for the APIs and React.js with Redux for the frontend.

During his time at the company, Paulo developed web applications for fintech companies and major banks in Brazil. His work included creating comprehensive internet banking solutions that encompassed native mobile apps, web platforms, and supporting APIs. He focused on building secure and scalable financial systems that managed critical banking operations, ensuring high-quality user experiences while adhering to strict industry standards for performance, reliability, and compliance.

• Led full-stack and frontend engineering teams of 8–10 developers and 2 QA engineers across multiple financial-sector projects;
• Oversaw technical planning, architecture decisions, and delivery timelines to ensure project quality and alignment with client requirements;
• Developed and delivered Internet Banking APIs and web portals using .NET 4.6/4.7 with Oracle SQL for backend systems;
• Built modern frontend interfaces using AngularJS and Angular 2, supporting secure and scalable banking operations.

The client is a TOTVS’s ERP solution for large hospitals in Brazil. It provides an integrated platform that helps hospitals and clinics manage patient records, appointments, billing, inventory, and operational workflows, unifying clinical and administrative processes into a single system.

• Helped to build a new hospital management system platform in WebForms;
• Trained and mentored junior developers and support analysts;
• Developed multiple integrations between TOTVS systems and external systems;
• Worked on the migration of a legacy TOTVS ERP system from Delphi 7 to .NET 4.5 with Windows Forms.
