The application is a complete resource for mental well-being and fulfillment. It is a complex mobile app with valuable user resources locked behind a paywall. It is packed with rich text articles, multimedia guides in video and audio form, progress tracking, curated courses, and more. It has an interactive home screen with hand-picked daily flip cards, inspirational quotes, and surveys for self-assessment.
This project required the implementation of an innovative home screen "feed" that could be curated for each user individually and was implemented as parsable, configurable "blocks."
- Worked with the team on implementing over 20 block types, such as flippable cards, quotes of the day, self-assessment surveys, course propositions, article propositions, and more.
- Contributed to renewable subscription functionality using Apple's in-app purchase feature, a trial period, and a mechanism for A/B testing different subscription price-duration combinations, which was required for most content locked behind a paywall.
Senior iOS Developer
It is a menopause relief application aimed at helping users manage menopause symptoms for a better quality of life. Project's functionality included health kit integration for tracking steps, setting personalized habits of various types (taking a walk, sleeping, eating healthy, etc.), displaying rich text articles and media to its users, and more. Some of the functionality was locked behind a paywall.
This project required integrating a mobile application with Health Kit for sleep and step tracking.
- Contributed to the implementation of Push Notifications to serve as reminders for those set habits and local notifications for more straightforward reminders;
- Worked on in-app purchases of renewable subscriptions, together with a trial period and mechanisms for A/B testing, which was required for a functionality locked behind a paywall.
Senior iOS Developer
The project is based around the leading public transport ticketing application for Scandinavian countries. The platform had to be created as a white-label project to be suitable for many regions, as each region demanded different functionalities and UI. Protocol oriented nature of this project, along with dependency injection allowed for high testability and universality, without which developing such a project would not be possible.
- Improved and refactored a lot of legacy code without breaking any functionality;
- Due to a very strict 80% test coverage policy, was responsible for writing unit and UI tests for every feature added;
- Worked on automation of every part of the test and release pipeline, while managing over 10 active targets built from a single code base;
- Implemented various payment systems that worked in each region, such as VIPPS, Apple Pay, and simple card payments.
