Main responsibilities:

• Developed the app with best practices & standards;
• Was a head of the Front-End team in the project;
• Conducted Technical Interviews;
• Shared knowledge among less experienced developers.

It is an information technology consulting company. The group has approximately 1,300 employees. The company's principal market is the Nordic region, with established operations in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

Main focus:

• Led the Front-End team;
• Was in charge of the Front-End architecture and implementation of the main project's features.

It is an American marketing and communications company specializing in advertising, digital and social media, sales promotion, direct marketing, and brand identity consulting. During two years of cooperation with the platform Paweł worked on implementing many projects for companies such as Ikea, GSK, Mazda, Grupa Żywiec, PepsiCo, Ford, and Internal Newsletters.

Main responsibilities:

• Led a Support Team of 10+ permanent coworkers and a team of Webmasters;
• Actively worked under the development of the Support group;
• Organized meetings for discussion of the projects.

Main achievement:

• Improved team performance by effectively using employees' working time, confluence development, and healthy communication between employees.

The National Centre for Research and Development is an implementing agency in Poland established to carry out tasks within the state policies on science, innovation, science, and technology.

Paweł worked under the following:

• Created and maintained multiple sites, including sites promoting the achievements of the Center;

Main achievement:

• Was a part of the IT Systems Department and Strategic Communication and Marketing Department;
• Worked under the Govpress gov.pl - CMS, to which all ministries are moving.

It is the collaborative platform for legal, ethical, and compliance functions. We created a new app based on the best Microsoft office and Atlassian solutions for a lawyer's environment.

Main focus:

• Worked on the entire app cycle, which is now available in browser and Teams according to the best Microsoft office and Atlassian solutions;
• Cooperated in the international team.

Main achievement:

• The application improved many aspects of a lawyer's life.
