• Built the internal engineering org from a fully outsourced baseline, hiring about 10 engineers and growing the web team from 3 to 7.
• Redesigned training delivery from GPU streaming to pre-rendered video, cutting per-trainee costs by about 90% and removing Nvidia GDN dependency.
• Reduced enterprise onboarding time from more than 6 months to under 4 weeks via SCORM integration and unblocked go-live for new customers.

• Scaled the company from about 15 to about 60 people, with roughly half the organization in Engineering reporting in.
