A chatbot was integrated into a mobile guest app to assist users during their experience, offering answers to common questions and streamlining navigation within the app. The bot provides tailored responses, such as giving directions based on the user’s location or guiding them to specific app features. For instance, it can provide directions to resources on board or link users to screens for managing account details, like adding a new payment method. This integration required comprehensive testing, covering the chatbot's functionality, its interaction with app features on both Android and iOS platforms, and its communication with backend microservices.

• Researched and implemented the Botium framework to automate chatbot testing, significantly reducing the testing time from days to under 5 minutes for approximately 1500 interactions;
• Developed automated testing solutions at both API and GUI levels, integrating them into the development pipeline to ensure faster feedback on system changes;
• Collaborated in refinement meetings and design sessions to clarify requirements, minimizing the occurrence of bugs in the codebase;
• Enhanced the testing process by transitioning from manual testing to a programmatic approach, improving efficiency and accuracy.

The platform is a marketplace designed for business owners to simplify the process of obtaining commercial insurance. Users complete a questionnaire, receive tailored quotes from various insurance providers, and can finalize their purchase by paying and downloading the necessary documents.
