A mobile health and lifestyle tracking application designed to help users monitor and improve different aspects of their daily life, including nutrition, physical activity, workouts, and general habits. The platform analyzes user behavior to identify positive and negative patterns, highlight what impacts their well-being, and provide insights on what could be improved.

The app integrates with wearable devices and health platforms such as Apple Health and Oura, allowing it to collect richer data and deliver more accurate and personalized insights.

• Implemented a basic CI/CD pipeline to improve development speed and code quality, including TypeScript checks, linting, formatting, and mandatory code reviews;
• Improved task specifications from the product team by adding clearer context, business rules, and expected behaviors, reducing ambiguity and development rework;
• Introduced tools to monitor team performance and delivery pace (e.g. Swarmia), helping identify bottlenecks and align expectations;
• Fixed critical issues related to the Apple Health integration that were blocking data synchronization;
• Migrated the Apple account after a company transition and restored full functionality of the app under the new account;
• Participated in the design and implementation of the AI chatbot, contributing to the definition of the vector database and handling the deployment of the service in production.

An all-in-one digital platform designed for real estate companies and professional photographers to streamline the entire property listing workflow. The system allowed teams to schedule photo shoots, manage and review delivered media, and automatically generate property websites to share listings with clients and prospects. The platform significantly reduced operational friction and improved collaboration between agents and photographers.

• Designed and implemented automation features to reduce manual operations, including photo editing requests, cancellation fees, and status tracking;
• Improved the scheduling system to handle complex availability rules, taking into account photographers’ busy times, personal agendas, and location constraints;
• Contributed across the full stack, working on both front-end user experience and back-end business logic to ensure a smooth and reliable workflow;
• Helped optimize the overall listing flow, making the platform more scalable and efficient for high-volume real estate teams.

A traditional media agency that specializes in planning, buying, and managing advertising across various channels, including digital platforms. By leveraging automated technology, it aims to enhance the efficiency of its managed campaigns through data-driven insights that target specific audiences more effectively.

• Built integrations from scratch with third-party platforms that allowed our clients create campaigns through our platform with a few clicks, avoid high costs and mistakes;
• Implemented tests on the main integrations, including unit and integration tests, which allowed to track when some logic were broken before the application went to production. With that, changes in that integrations were quicker deployed, an improvement of at least 40% in compared with integrations without tests;
• Responsible for deploying, monitoring and correcting the production application when any problem occurs.

This is a platform where people can create and manage online Raffles. It is focused on Brazil, where it is common for people, especially influencers, to do this to raise money. Ramon started the company from scratch and 100% of the code was coded by him.

• Planned, designed, and coded the whole system from MVP to production;
• Did the integrations with some gateway payments;
• Implemented serverless architecture.

A large company with many integrated solutions (maintenance and services, supply chain diligence, CO2 footprint, and so on). Their solutions are focused on companies (B2B).

• Implemented the first tests on the main components of the applications, which allowed to track when some components were broken before the application went to production;
• Started the creation of the internal components that can be used in the entire application instead of each developer creating the same/similar components again and again, which increased the development speed and the quality as the smaller components were easier to maintain and reuse;
• Added checks on the pipeline to track when the code was wrong (testing failing, typescript warning). With that, the developers had almost instant feedback in the pipeline, and no time was wasted on small checks of the pull requests.

A social network for travelers. Users can search for flights and buy or share local experiences within the app.

They aim to simplify the day-to-day routine and drive the growth and sustainability of logistic customers. The platform allows tracking delivery and optimizing the processes.

• Created shared components used on the entire front-end application;
• Improved API patterns by adding tests for the core features, which allowed to change routes without breaking the API;
• Completed mobile app development and updated libraries from legacy versions;

The after-sales platform for auto insurance brokers. They take care of the Broker's after-sales through comfortable integrations with Whatsapp, allowing clients to get all the essential information like billet or call emergency services squeaks fast and efficiently.
