• Implemented the first tests on the main components of the applications, which allowed to track when some components were broken before the application went to production;
• Started the creation of the internal components that can be used in the entire application instead of each developer creating the same/similar components again and again, which increased the development speed and the quality as the smaller components were easier to maintain and reuse;
• Added checks on the pipeline to track when the code was wrong (testing failing, typescript warning). With that, the developers had almost instant feedback in the pipeline, and no time was wasted on small checks of the pull requests.

A social network for travelers. Users can search for flights and buy or share local experiences within the app.

• Set up the Cloud Provider and CI&CD;
• Defined technologies and requirements for frameworks and libs;
• Was responsible for the development process from scratch, including checking the status, sharing responsibilities within the team, and delivering the product on time;
• Managed the team to distribute knowledge and scale the process;
• Was responsible for publishing and managing apps in app stores.

A digital platform that turns the client's knowledge into an online course to create an internet business. It is used for online sales, mentorship, sharing Videos, and pdf tutorials.

As the first Developer in the team, Ramon has:

• Set up the whole CI/CS process from development to production;

An innovation platform for transactions. The platform is built through innovation and interaction between Attivilog and its customers. They aim to simplify the day-to-day routine and drive the growth and sustainability of logistic customers. The platform allows tracking delivery and optimizing the processes.

• Created shared components used on the entire front-end application;
• Improved API patterns by adding tests for the core features, which allowed to change routes without breaking the API;
• Completed mobile app development and updated libraries from legacy versions;

• With Ramon's improvements, the CRUD operations were delivered 25% faster.

The after-sales platform for auto insurance brokers. They take care of the Broker's after-sales through comfortable integrations with Whatsapp, allowing clients to get all the essential information like billet or call emergency services squeaks fast and efficiently.

• The first version of the application was deployed and available for beta users in 2 months.
