Razvan – Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible

A multi-tenant Azure SaaS platform for Swiss health insurers, built with a joint 18-person team (mostly partner engineers). Launched at the Swiss Health Tech Forum and won multiple Swiss health insurers as clients. Technical delivery of 10 client engagements since 2023, from pre-sales and architecture through implementation, across health, insurance, banking, manufacturing, luxury, gaming, energy and media in Switzerland and CEE.

• Own the technical delivery of 10 client engagements; lead delivery teams of up to 18 engineers across TrustSoft and partner companies, plan sprints in Jira and mentor engineers on Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Flagship platform: co-designed it as Product Owner on TrustSoft's side, led the joint 18-person team, and owned delivery, architecture, development, Terraform, GitOps and security hardening.
• Defined the security baseline (Entra ID, network access controls, on-premises container image scanning, hardened Kubernetes) and containerized and migrated the client application.
• Led OpenShift-to-ROSA migrations for Swiss government and health-sector clients, and a greenfield GxP-compliant AWS landing zone with multi-account governance.
• Cut AKS infrastructure cost by about 40% by moving from fixed node pools to autoscaling.
• Designed an ArgoCD GitOps pattern with ApplicationSets, umbrella Helm charts and environment-aware namespace lifecycle.
• Developed a cross-subscription Azure administration app (Python FastAPI, App Service, Managed Identity) and led Databricks infrastructure deployment and automation.
• Pre-sales: authored AWS MAP proposals, delivered TCO modeling and a 790-server estate discovery for a Swiss manufacturer's migration business case, and represented TrustSoft at AWS Summit Zurich.

Maintained and automated SAP's global logging platform (Elasticsearch) serving 800+ engineers, across clusters in the US, EU and China.

• Designed a Python self-templating solution adopted by 300+ teams, including US Government/DoD, French Government and China-region deployments.
• Developed microservices and containerized custom applications on previously unused servers across Asia, the US and Europe, enabling automated deployment and self-healing of Elasticsearch clusters.
• Architected and automated the migration of self-managed Elasticsearch clusters to Elastic's managed SaaS on AWS.
• Maintained and automated the global logging platform for 800+ engineers, including root-cause analysis of severe outages.
• Developed and maintained Ansible and Terraform workflows for US, EU and China clusters.

Release-validation automation for SUSE Linux Enterprise and openSUSE Leap, and early validation of SUSE's Ceph cluster solution before it became an official product.

• Developed the automation that validated every SUSE Linux Enterprise and openSUSE Leap release across all layers, from kernel to UI (OpenQA; Perl, Python, Bash), working directly with the openSUSE chairman.
• One of the first engineers to validate SUSE's Ceph cluster solution before it became an official product; contributed to containers, Kubernetes, CaaSP and Crowbar.

UNIX/AIX administration and infrastructure support for more than 800 IBM Power7 systems across two enterprise data centers.

• Operated 800+ IBM Power7 systems across two Novartis/Sandoz data centers.
• Built and maintained PowerHA clusters, ran OS migrations and DR tests.
• Kept systems stable during critical incidents, following ITIL.
