• Founding engineer, developer #1 in the team.
• Took the product from an empty repo to a logistics platform processing hundreds of thousands of orders per month and set the technical direction it still ran on.
• Built the product end to end across backend, frontend, and design, shipping features from problem to production independently.
• Built a typed API client generated from the backend's OpenAPI spec, giving end-to-end type safety from the database to the UI.
• Built the core backend systems the business ran on, including a Stripe-backed usage-based billing system, an OIDC identity provider, and an event-driven job system running 30+ background workflows.
• Engineered the data-heavy frontend on AG Grid Enterprise with a server-side row model, keeping it fast across hundreds of thousands of orders.
• Led product and design for a new WMS product line, taking it from research to a high-fidelity design prototype.
