Ruslana – Manual Testing, QA Automation, Postman

E-commerce and marketing SaaS platform for the aesthetics services industry based on Magento. It allows Aesthetics Providers to offer online product and treatment sales. It consists of 2 parts: Websites and stores as well as custom solutions/modules for clients. Each website and store are developed according to each customer's desire.

Major areas: orders, subscriptions, gift cards, rewards program, refer a friend, membership, MailChimp, catalog, admin panel.

Ruslana was leading a team of 6 QA, creating test cases/checklists, testing new features, creating a weekly plan for the QA team, creating and controlling plans of releases, control of the testing process. She took responsibility for releases, preparing reports, daily meetings, participated in customer meetings, mentored the new QAs.

An application is a photo-based medical record system created for cosmetic providers. It consists of 4 parts: web, phones, tablets, and patient portal. It integrates the ability to develop high-quality before-and-after photos with the storage of patient consent records, medical records, questionnaires, and injections, tracking your inventory, scheduling appointments, paying for procedures, and many more. The patient portal allows the clients to keep a history of all appointments and book a new one without calling the clinic. Right now this application is used by one of the biggest aesthetic clinics in North America and plans to scale globally

Ruslana was creating/verifying bugs, creating and executing test cases/checklists before new releases, and testing new features for web and mobile applications. Also, she was supervising 2 QAs.

• for amateur authors to save and publish their submissions (stories, poems, or illustration);

• for readers - read, vote, comment, and store in reading lists these submissions types.

The application consists of the main site (new design and old design), Control Panel (managing platform for author or reader), Forum, Chat, Admin Panel.

Ruslana`s role was to prepare and execute test cases, checklists, create and verify bugs reports, verification new builds with new functional, test localization, develop automation scripts, support customers feedback, create RFC documentation, implement FAQ pages, mentor new QA.
