INFOR started as a small experiment and turned into a tool with great potential for the "Readiness Index" of the Desing libraries. It allows choosing the most efficient Library accordingly to the highlights of the most complex components. Also, it enables the creation of a Live backlog, cooperation with UX text specialists, and sharing KPIs with the management team.

Stanislav successfully:

• Tested and evaluated all 75 components and translated the attributed results into a visual infographic;
• Worked under the process of Integration;
• Audited and reported the results to one KPI that reflected a complete picture, facilitating communication with the management.

Stop from is a knowledge hub for a non-profit organization based in Poland. It contained useful information about brain stroke symptoms, the nearest clinic search, and the self-check feature represented in test form - Group of Risk test & Knowledge check. The app is designed to be readable, accessible, and informational for the target audience.

Stanislav successfully:

• Covered discovery phase with UX workshops together with stakeholders;
• Worked under the map navigation and user flow optimization;
• Сreated Low-Mid-Hi fi prototypes;
• Created UI components library and its principles;
• Supported Developers' team and Art direction.

DIY UX Audit & Research is a European e-commerce seller of building materials & tools. They have launched its new delivery option — the delivery within a few hours. But the checkout segment wasn't working as it should, so they requested an audit and potential solutions.

Stanislav successfully:

• Detailed Heuristic Evaluations with Report;
• Detailed Proto-Personas & Customer journey mapping;
• Made direct and indirect competitors benchmark;
• Summed up the app's audit into Blueprints and reports with all existing issues marked down and annotated potential solutions.

Financial Assets Dashboard Mobile is the financial holding. The Company is the exclusive franchisee in 37 markets across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia and operates a portfolio of more than 270 outlets in 15 countries. This project had two goals: To support the existing backlog, Restore Source Files Research and propose updated navigation for the mobile app.

Stanislav successfully:

• Restored UI-kit from scratch;
• Covered all backlog tasks, as well as provided solutions for the new navigation system;
• Set up the rich animated prototypes as a standard on the project for Demos with the client;
• Set up standards for hand-off and overall improved the collaboration between the designers' department and the developers' team;
• Expanded his knowledge of Arabic culture to cover culture-based differences and provided optimal design solutions.
