• Operated and evolved the GKE-based platform across 10+ clusters, 1500+ servers, and workloads.
• Defined cloud infrastructure in Terraform, including GKE node pools and CloudSQL, and managed fleet configuration through Puppet and Ansible.
• Built diagnostic and automation tooling in Python, Go, and Bash.
• Pioneered agentic AI workflows for operations, including custom Claude Code skills, MCP integrations, and a hardened headless agent VM.
