• Optimized rendering speed by 50% through efficient state management, reducing unnecessary reloads;
• Increased test coverage from the microfrontends used by 40%, significantly improving stability across different projects that use them;
• Acted primarily as a frontend developer, working at a project that's used as a framework through the company by other teams so that they are able to build their projects using microfrontends and our design system, easing and improvement the development process;

Worked at a retail company on a project related to Apple Music.

• Built and maintained a front-end components library;
• Wrote unit, integration, and e2e tests;

An AI-powered tool that leverages the data from the company's B2B service buyer interactions and reviews, personalizing recommendations, providing business insights and giving real-time assistance to users through the process. Using the platform, clients could create marketing campaigns, send notifications, and even filter their customers according to the campaign's needs.

• Worked primarily as a frontend engineer, redesigning, creating new features or improving old ones;
• Redesigned the pages used at the dashboard and implemented the new components at Clutch.AI, making the platform more accessible, easier for clients to find different features and responsive;
• Decreased the loading time for the internal pages by 50%, using strategies like cache and lazy loading;
• Implemented the feature for MMS and SMS so that our clients could create more customizable campaigns with a higher reach;
• Implemented static pages, mainly designed to show new features, updates and reports.

The project was a crypto-currency bank, offering access to a wide range of cryptocurrency investment solutions. It provided users with the tools to invest, trade, borrow and manage their digital assets, featuring services such as staking, interest-bearing accounts, and personalized financial management. Work was focused on a particular feature from scratch that aimed to cater to both institutional and individual investors by offering expert support and portfolio customization options, transitioning from fully manual procedures to fully automated intervention.

• Created the design for Abra for most of their products involving B2B from scratch, initially they had everything managed manually, and I've automated most processes;
• Created an admin portal for internal usage where Account Managers could check users, create or block accounts and help with support;
• Created graphs and dashboards so that users could better understand their data;
• Implemented screens with real time data for asset prices, future projections and suggestions for the user based on user data, market data and AI services;
• Was responsible for the architecture, design and implementation related to the security behind Abra, using auth0, multitenancy, JWT tokens and MFA.

The project was Brazil's national exam platform, handling thousands of registrations in a short period. It supported students with limited internet access, requiring a well-optimized website. The platform also captured the accessibility needs of students with disabilities, ensuring smooth enrollment. Beyond registration, it managed payments and test locations and addressed challenges like room overcrowding due to COVID-19.

Thiago has successfully achieved the following:

• created the entire accessibility flow, taking into account all mapped disabilities;
• optimized the front-end build;
• created pixel-perfect components according to the designs;
• handled payment integrations with new systems similar to PayPal;
• onboarded developers to the project.

The project was designed for internet providers to better manage their networks and clients. With a focus on user experience, it simplified technical terms into clear language. The system offered a centralized view of network information, client data, payments, speed, and fault tracking, making it easier for providers to manage everything in one place.

• Built a desktop application with React and Electron, designing it's interface, web components and features like auto updates;
• Designed and implemented a service oriented architecture, managing events;
• Improved performance for an existing web application, making the final build 4 times lighter on the frontend and some of the endpoints 10 times faster by using strategies like threads, cache, pagination and efficient queries;
• Managed the team, providing mentorship and technical guidance through the development cycle.
