• Built and maintained a front-end components library;

It is an AI-powered tool that leverages the data from the company's B2B service buyer interactions and reviews, personalizing recommendations, providing business insights and giving real-time assistance to users through the process. Using the platform, clients could create marketing campaigns, send notifications, and even filter their customers according to the campaign's needs.

• Redesigned the existing front end for the communication and admin landing pages;
• Created the functionality related to SMS and MMS notifications;
• Wrote unit and integration tests;
• Integrated with different services;
• Worked with microfrontends;
• Improved performance and resolved application issues;
• Built and managed custom components on the front end.

The project was a crypto-currency bank, offering access to a wide range of cryptocurrency investment solutions. It provided users with the tools to invest, trade, borrow and manage their digital assets, featuring services such as staking, interest-bearing accounts, and personalized financial management. Work was focused on a particular feature from scratch that aimed to cater to both institutional and individual investors by offering expert support and portfolio customization options, transitioning from fully manual procedures to fully automated intervention.

Thiago's responsibilities included the following:

• created the front-end and back-end architecture;
• implemented the security using auth0;
• carried out the majority of the front-end development;
• developed an admin portal so that managers could help clients;
• as team leader, solved conflicts and removed blockers efficiently;
• maintained the technical tasks in the backlog;
• designed the entire experience with accessibility in mind.

The project was Brazil's national exam platform, handling thousands of registrations in a short period. It supported students with limited internet access, requiring a well-optimized website. The platform also captured the accessibility needs of students with disabilities, ensuring smooth enrollment. Beyond registration, it managed payments and test locations and addressed challenges like room overcrowding due to COVID-19.

Thiago has successfully achieved the following:

• created the entire accessibility flow, taking into account all mapped disabilities;
• optimized the front-end build;
• created pixel-perfect components according to the designs;
• handled payment integrations with new systems similar to PayPal;
• onboarded developers to the project.

The project was designed for internet providers to better manage their networks and clients. With a focus on user experience, it simplified technical terms into clear language. The system offered a centralized view of network information, client data, payments, speed, and fault tracking, making it easier for providers to manage everything in one place.

Among the contributions, Thiago tackled the following:

• developed the entire architecture for the back end;
• created an application with Electron to serve as an adapter for old equipment and React;
• managed the security for the application;
• onboarded and taught developers about the system;
• documentation creation for developers and users;
• created a front-end components library.
