I build and ship production AI systems for companies where getting it wrong is a regulatory problem, not just a technical one.

Through my consulting practice: an engagement with Microsoft building the backend and voice model for an AI sales coach; HIPAA-bound clinical software across hospice care, behavioral health, and dermatology; algorithmic bias auditing under NYC Local Law 144; and vision-language document extraction feeding legally significant environmental reports. Several of these run self-hosted open-weight models on private infrastructure where data residency rules out third-party APIs.
