It is a Germany-based company, which provides Applications for musicians and digital communities to promote exchange and networking within the community.

Vadym has been working on developing a back office for musicians where they are able to perform the following actions:

• schedule events;
• create forums;
• post and schedule news or announcements;
• grant permissions for other users;
• sell tickets;
• get statistics data as infographics.

• Was responsible for Front-end development;
• Made an architecture design;
• Set up the development process, CI/CD;
• Was in charge of prototyping;
• Improved devEx;
• Built MVPs.

It is a document management platform that allows users to edit, sign, store, and share documents via any web browser or mobile device.

His team was focused on developing a bunch of single-action applications for gathering organic traffic (lots of it).

Each web application provided single document action (eSignature, type conversion, etc). Also, they developed a content management system for blogs, dynamic content, and all of that jazz.

• Launched and consolidated highly scalable platform - multiple SPAs with SSR/PWA capabilities (written in React/Node stack, organized in monorepo);
• Was responsible for documenting (Confluence);
• Was in charge of refactoring/unification of a legacy codebase;
• Created new apps (like the eSignature app);
• Mentored team members (4 FE);
• Conducted technical interviews;
• Was in charge of code review;
• Developed MVPs;
• A/B tests;
• SEO tasks;
• Resolved code-style holy wars :)

It is a British-based start-up, that provides a connected ecosystem for the retail market.

Vadym was working on developing a back office for retailers, that includes work with a variety of that domain entities.

• Was responsible for Front-end development;
• Made an architecture design;
• Was in charged of prototyping;
• Developed UI kit library using Storybook.

Vadym was working on an inner BSG company project called Insfero. It was the first digital insurance broker in Ukraine. Main features of the product:

• providing visual comparisons of insurance offers;
• calculating insurance costs;
• collecting reviews.

• Was responsible for Front-end development;
• Built a library for dynamic form (scaffolding a UI based on schema-defined rules);
• Refactored jQuery application (rewrote into react.js);
• Made an architecture design;
• Was in charge of prototyping;
• Conducted interviews;
• Built MVPs.
