The internal nervous system of a major car brand, serving as the micro-services platform that captures lifecycle events for every vehicle in production and routes them through manufacturing, logistics, and compound suppliers holding inventory between the factory and customer. The platform is event-driven: EventBridge distributes events to Lambdas that drive downstream systems such as ServiceNow, GOF, and Vista.

Contributed as part of the team building the platform across multiple services, including:

• Event-processing on the backend (CODS with multi-market routing, incident aggregator, the Transport Status API);
• Full-stack delivery of internal tools, with React and MUI on the same backend as the services;
• Designed and owned the shared TypeScript core library consumed by every service in the platform.

Owning the library that every service in the platform depends on is a unique responsibility. Every helper must be correct from the start, as errors quickly propagate. The core library includes EventBridge, SQS, S3, Secrets Manager, AppConfig, TypeORM, and less-obvious primitives such as S3-overflow handling and incident aggregation.

Application for a major food industry brand, optimizing the delivery process from order placement to delivery, including integration of payment processors.

• Integrated advanced monitoring tools and logging mechanisms for system reliability, enabling real-time performance monitoring.
• Integrated secure and scalable payment processors for in app transactions.
• Designed and deployed the system’s architecture leveraging AWS services.
