• Built the platform end to end: a Python/Flask backend on Google Cloud Run (~18 containerized services), a React/Wasp web app, and Terraform-managed infrastructure.
• Designed retrieval combining vector search with automatic metadata extraction and a knowledge graph, exposed as four answer modes (Fast, Research, Agentic, Enhanced) that trade speed against depth.
• Added "bring your own model" and "bring your own vector index" support, enabling customers to run answers on their own OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex account and store vectors in their own Pinecone index; tested Claude on Amazon Bedrock end to end against a live account.
• Shipped a developer platform including a REST API and MCP tools, workspace and project API keys, SSO, roles, and per-key credit budgets and rate limits.
