The cloud infrastructure and deployment platform for a high-traffic loyalty SaaS on AWS and EKS. Infrastructure-as-code, the GitOps delivery pipeline, secrets and security, observability, and cloud cost. Over four years, the role involved rebuilding the deployment platform across three generations and leading several multi-year migrations end-to-end, from build through to teardown of the legacy systems.

• Built and evolved the org-wide GitOps deployment platform across three generations (Atlantis, in-house "Jarvis", ArgoCD), owning the build, migration, and teardown of each.
• Created the ArgoCD platform from scratch (Terraform module, Helm chart, Vault/VSO credentials, automated ECR token rotation, CRD-level RBAC, deploy with rollback), rolled out across 5 environments.
• Led the Fivetran to Airbyte migration on Kubernetes/Terraform/Helm for 2TB+ datasets, cutting ingestion cost by $200K/year.
• Migrated all CI from EC2 to Kubernetes runners, standing up the shared-services EKS cluster from scratch.
• Drove a security and compliance program: Vault/VSO secrets, WAF with AWS Managed Rules, private CloudFront origins, Falco runtime security, SOC 2 Type 2 evidence.

Migration to Kubernetes and establishment of Git-driven deployments for a streaming platform. The cloud infrastructure is built with Terraform and focuses on scalability and reliability for a high-traffic video product.
