I replace manual, error-prone operational processes with reliable automated systems that teams can trust and run without me. At DEMV Systems I own automation across internal operations from end to end: finding where a process breaks, designing the workflow, building it, and driving adoption. I manage hundreds of daily automated workflows with error handling, monitoring and alerting built in, and I keep changes safe with staging environments and production-grade QA before every rollout. My focus is always the business outcome: less manual work, fewer errors, and faster, more reliable operations.

- Build and maintain production automations across Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Slack and internal APIs, replacing fragile manual handoffs.

- Drove the transition from Power Automate to n8n for more maintainable, scalable workflow patterns, and brought the team along with documentation and training.

- Engineer reliability into every workflow: structured error handling, monitoring, alerting, logging and stakeholder visibility.

- Maintain separate staging environments and validate changes thoroughly before production rollout.

- Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development to prototype, debug and ship solutions faster.

- Create documentation, walkthroughs and handover material so non-technical teams can run the systems independently.

I build AI pipelines that turn large volumes of messy, unstructured data into clear, actionable business insight. For this project I designed a system that analyzes support conversations at scale to surface where users get stuck and where internal knowledge is missing. Conversations are anonymized before anything reaches a model, so the pipeline is GDPR-aware by design. They are then parsed into knowledge units with LLMs, embedded and clustered by meaning, and matched against existing Help Center content to expose coverage gaps. The output is structured so business and support teams can act on it directly, with AI results treated as review input and human validation built in, not automatic truth.

- Built an AI-supported pipeline that analyzes unstructured support conversations at scale and turns them into structured operational insight.

- Designed the workflow to anonymize conversation data before any AI processing, keeping it GDPR-aware by design.

- Used LLMs to extract recurring issues, user pain points and knowledge gaps from raw conversation data.

- Embedded and clustered conversations by meaning so one underlying issue surfaces as a single theme instead of dozens of near-duplicates.

- Compared recurring themes against existing Help Center content to identify missing or weak documentation.

- Delivered reviewable output (clusters, examples, coverage scores and recommendations) that fed directly into prioritization and process improvement.

This is my own automation practice, where I deliver AI and workflow automation for startups, agencies and outbound teams as a client-facing builder. I take vague business problems, often starting from a blank page, and turn them into structured, reliable systems the client can actually run. My work covers the full delivery cycle: understanding the workflow, mapping the manual steps, designing the automation logic, building and testing it, and making the final setup simple enough to use without technical knowledge. The focus is always on reducing repetitive manual work and building automations that can be reused, adjusted and scaled over time.
